Participation is reserved for companies that:

• Are exhibitors or co-exhibitors at ISSA PULIRE 2025.

• Are manufacturers, importers, or exclusive distributors of machines, accessories, devices, equipment, chemical products, paper, fibers, cloths, systems, software, and services.

• Operate in the sectors of professional cleaning, hygiene, environmental sanitation, safety, facility management, pest control, laundry, services, lifting, car wash, logistics.

• Have introduced products to the market between January 1, 2024, and March 30, 2025.

• Products that have already participated in other awards at trade fairs held in 2024 and 2025 are also eligible to compete.

Applications must be submitted from March 3 to April 4, 2025, and include:

• Online application form (in English).

• Detailed product documentation (in English).

• Privacy authorization.

• Participation fee of €400 per product (max 3 products).

Products must be presented with photographs and/or multimedia material, a clear and detailed description, technical and functional specifications, reasons why the product should be voted as the best of the year, and documentation on any patents or exclusive licenses. The company must authorize the publication of the documentation.

The process consists of 4 phases:

1. Collection of applications: via online form on the ISSA PULIRE 2025 website.

2. Technical evaluation: expert jury evaluates the projects and selects the finalists for Nomination.

3. Public preference: visitors to the fair can vote for one of the finalist projects for the “People’s Choice Mention”.

4. Technical jury voting: the jury will choose the winner of the “Product of the Year ISSA PULIRE 2025” among the finalists. The product with the most votes will be the winner.

The Jury, consisting of 3-5 members selected by the organizers among experts and international representatives from the cleaning sector, is coordinated by the ISSA PULIRE 2025 secretariat. The Jury selects the five finalists and the winner of the “Product of the Year ISSA PULIRE 2025” according to the criteria in articles 2 and 6. The Jury’s decisions are confidential and final. The Jury evaluates projects based on the provided documentation and may request additional information if necessary. All documentation is confidential and will not be returned unless specifically requested. The Jury interprets and applies the regulations to ensure the quality of the result and respect the participants’ rights.

Products must meet criteria of technical quality, functionality, economic/energy efficiency, technological advancement, user benefits, innovation strategy, and sustainability.

• Digital Submission: Online applications from March 3 to April 4, 2025.

• Pre-selection & Nomination: The jury selects 5 finalists before the fair.

• Public Preference: Visitors vote for the “People’s Choice Mention” during the fair.

• Technical Jury Voting: The jury selects the winner of the “Product of the Year ISSA PULIRE 2025” from the finalists.

• Award Ceremony: On May 29, 2025.

For the 5 finalists:

• Use of the logo "Product of the Year ISSA PULIRE 2025 – NOMINEE”.

• Personalized plaque.

• Teardrop flag on the exhibition stand.

  Mention on the website and in media and PR campaigns.

• Display in the “Product of the Year” showcase during the exhibition Issa Pulire 2025.

Special Mention for the Public’s Favorite Product:

• Title: People’s Choice Mention.

• Description: Special recognition for the most voted product by the public during the fair.

• Use of the logo “People’s Choice Mention ISSA PULIRE 2025”.

• Customized plaque.

• Special mention on the website and in media and PR campaigns.

Main Award for the Winner Voted by the Technical Jury:

• Title: Product of the Year ISSA PULIRE 2025

• Description: Awarded by a panel of experts based on criteria of technical quality, functionality, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.

• Use of the logo “Product of the Year ISSA PULIRE 2025 – WINNER”.

• Customized plaque.

• Special mention on the website and in media and PR campaigns.

• Application Results: One month before the event, a press release will be published with the number of participating companies and submitted projects, available online on the official website

• Pre-Event Visibility: The submitted products will be promoted through the event’s official communication channels, including the website, social media, and newsletters, in the weeks leading up to the event.

• Official Announcement of Finalists: On May 27, the finalist products will be displayed in the dedicated “Product of the Year” area. On the same day, public voting at the fair will open.

• Award Ceremony for the Winner Voted by the Technical Jury: On May 29, 2025, in the “ISSA PULIRE LAB” area in Hall 8.

• Special Mention for the Product Voted by the Public: On May 29, 2025, in the “ISSA PULIRE LAB” area in Hall 8.

• Visibility at the Fair: Display of the finalist products and the winner in the “Product of the Year” showcase.

• Post-Event Visibility: The finalist products and the winner will be promoted through the event’s official communication channels, including the website, social media, and newsletters, for a period of three months after the fair.

Participating companies are responsible for the originality of the submitted projects and the accuracy of the market introduction dates.

Exhibitors can submit their original products to participate in the competition, which implies complete and unconditional acceptance of these Rules and Regulations.

Any disputes must be formally submitted within one week of the publication of the finalists or winner. The jury will take necessary measures to maintain the award’s credibility.

Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR. Participants can request the deletion of their data 30 days after the award’s conclusion.
